These programs are designed to teach self wellness life skills having positive effects balancing life responsibilities while staying healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally. Life is a balancing act, especially for middle school and high school kids, and trying to blend & balance social media, socializing, social pressures, and schooling takes conviction & resilience.
It's not always easy to blend it all, and that is why I created these programs "Less Stress and More Yes" teaching life skills for tweens & teens to improve sleep, reduce stress, and create a sense of harmony in their lives.
