Mindful Movement incorporates slow-flow, yoga’inspired postures, Qi-Gong, relaxation breathing techniques, and meditation.
Working with my students I provide a safe, welcoming, space for all levels and abilities. People are encouraged through my nurturing style to explore postures and breathing to quiet their minds, and simultaneously strengthen and relax their bodies.
I am an advocate for people taking time for their self care and learning tools and skills to lead a harmonious, healthy life. I teach clients from 8yo to 88yo, personalizing sessions to clients’ individual goals and desired outcomes.
